Level 1 training includes an attunement ceremony, where you are opened to the flow of Reiki energy by the Reiki Master Teacher - that's me. This attunement is a sacred and empowering experience, marking the beginning of your Reiki journey.  

 

​Whether for personal growth or to share healing with others, Level 1 Usui Reiki certification provides a solid foundation for exploring this beautiful practice. From here, you can continue your journey to advanced levels, deepening your abilities and understanding of Reiki's transformative potential. 

 

​​Here's what you can do after becoming certified at this level:

 

Self-Healing:  

• Your primary focus is on self-healing. You’ll learn how to use Reiki energy to balance your own mind, body, and spirit.

• You'll learn hand position techniques for various parts of your body, helping to release stress, restore energy, and promote overall well-being.

• This practice can be deeply transformative, fostering inner peace and emotional clarity.

Healing Others:​

• You will now be equipped to provide Reiki to others​

• You can offer hands-on or hands-off healing sessions to friends, family, and pets, to channel energy effectively

• It is a powerful introduction to helping others achieve relaxation, pain relief, and balance.

Hour 1: Introduction and Foundations

• ​Welcome and Overview:

  • Brief introduction to Reiki, its history, and its founder, Mikao Usui.

• ​Understanding Energy:

  • Explanation of universal life force energy and how it flows through us

• The Reiki Principles:

  • Discussion of the five Reiki principles as a foundation for practice.

• Attunement Preparation:

  • Preparing participants for the attunement process, explaining its significance

Hour 2: Attunement and Practical Techniques

• Level 1 Attunement Ceremony:

  • I'll you through the sacred attunement to open your energy channels.

• Self-Healing Techniques:

  • We'll learn specific hand positions for self-Reiki, focusing on physical, emotional, and mental balance.

• Practice Self-Healing:

  • We will practice self-Reiki under my guidance, sharing experiences and feedback.

Hour 3: Healing Others and Closing

• ​Hand Positions for Healing Others:

  • You'll learn how to offer Reiki to others using proper techniques.

• ​Practice Session:

  • We'll actually do hands-on practice, ensuring you feel confident and supported

• Q&A and Reflection:

  • I'll address questions, share insights, and facilitate a discussion on our personal experiences.

• Certification:

  • I will conclude the class with a Congratulation Ceremony by presenting you with your Level 1 Reiki certificates and share next steps for continued practice and growth.
